I haven’t completed the survey because my car is still and Hendrick BMW being evaluated for throwing codes that I don’t know weather they are related to the repair or accident. John truly went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed and was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed at every stage of the repair and helped office staff coordinated my rental car, making everything seamless and stress-free. I’ve purchased vehicles from the Hendrick family for decades, so it’s especially nice to have a local repair shop that provides the same level of extended service and care. No one likes to be involved in a car accident. My 2025 Honda CRV was sideswiped and the owner of the other car insisted it was my fault. This is my last car and I want it to be in perfect condition. I took it to Hendrick Collision Center in Rock Hill, SC. There I met Chase Crawford who was wonderful to work with.

Chase Crawford was my service technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my concerns. All the things I needed during this experience. He worked with me to accommodate my schedule and I am extremely grateful for his help. In addition, Hendrick Collision Center in Rock Hill, SC has a secret weapon. Her name is Holly and she is the first person you meet when you walk through the door. She was terrific to deal with.
