Our car looks beautiful after all of the rigor and detail that the Hendrix collision staff put into making it look the same condition prior than to the car crash. There was a lot of diligence and hard work put into this car over weeks and we appreciate it.

Customer service is excellent. John kept me well informed on the car status and was a great advocate in helping me deal with State Farm insurance. Shanna and Alex supported John greatly to ensure that every part was accounted for, and that I had to say in the type of parts being used. New bumper has prints on it that won't come off giving chrome a dull appearance in spots. There is a black residue on the lower part of the bumper which is the appearance that the bumper wasn't properly polished. Waiting for my batman tag cover which was missing upon return of my vehicle
