I think that the repair technicians did the best job that they could do with the damage that was found from an earlier rear-ender. It affected some of the final alignment and because of that, the final alignment of visible external was not perfect. But I elected not to work on the old repair issues because the car is 26 years old with 309k miles on it. It is still in extremely good condition, but can't support the cost of a complete repair. I am pleased with the work Hendrick did, and will definitely recommend you highly to others needing repairs.

Chase did a excellent job keeping me updated on the status of my car repairs. We were having issues with the insurance company a lot of back in forth dragging their feet and not being all the way truthful. He along with the office staff assured me everything would be ok and how things worked. I'm pleased with how my car repairs turned out and was surprised to hear about the warranty as well. Upon pick up my paperwork was mixed up with another customer and so there was all this discussion about what she thought I owed versus what I knew from my insurance company that I owed. It was only figured out when she handed me the keys to someone else’s car and I told her those weren’t my keys which she at first argued with me about then the light dawned on her. These things happen but I felt the attitude could have been better especially since it was not my mistake
