Great experience from the initial evaluation, through the repair and pickup. The repair look really good and my wife and I are satisfied. The front desk staff was professional, friendly and curious. Again, communication seemed to be lacking. Also, when I did pick up my vehicle the day after I discovered that the power cable for my radar detector that is connected behind the rearview mirror was not working. It apparently became disconnected during the repair process and must be repaired when I bring the vehicle back.

Referral by your internet sales manager to your collision center was spot on. Welcomed by Scotty (collision advisor) made us feel like family. The rental snafu by the insurance adjuster was remedied as he help arrange transport to the rental site 30 minutes away. Scotty kept communicating on our repair status and even worked to get the supplemental approved. Great job Hendrick team.
