This was our first time using Heppner's and they exceeded all expectations. From clear and timely communication about all aspects of our repair needs to going the extra mile by cleaning and detailing our car prior to pickup. They also knew exactly how to work with our insurance company removing any confusion over when and where payments were to be made and communicating directly with them on changes to the estimate to ensure our car was out of commission for the shortest time possible. Lastly, while this not directly related to Heppner's service, the fact that they are co-located with a car rental company approved by our insurance was icing on the cake, making it literally a one-stop-shop to deal with our car repair.

Unbelievably clear communication about everything. Helpful with dealing with the insurance company especially when change orders and third party payments were necessary. Went the extra mile (ha!) to clean and detail the car. Extremely friendly and professional staff in every department.
