Excellent job. Completed on schedule. Unexpected interior detail work! However, the estimate on this simple job ended up being far lower than what was charged. 20 percent higher! I do not believe the end price was unfair, though I did not get other bids and I paid entirely out of pocket. It is the bad taste it leaves me with. Bait and switch. A sense of being screwed around with. Please work with your estimator to be more accurate. A fair price does not alienate buyers like me. Feeling "had" does.

I would encourage folks to add 20 percent to any cost estimate.

Great work, done on time. However, a simple job was estimated low and ended 20 percent higher than bid. As a consumer, I viewed it as a bait and switch. I previously trusted these guys and did not seek additional bids. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will check out the competition

I provided my cell phone upon delivery of my vehicle. They called my work phone to inform me of higher cost. I was out of the office for much of that day and could not retrieve the call.
