I was under the impression that a body shop would take the minor dent out, rather than my being referred to another vendor. They also had the color of the car wrong and I told them j already had touch up paint from Honda that I would bring to my appt (which they ignored and went ahead and ordered anyway). Seems to be a disconnect on some of their communications.

It took almost 2 weeks and one only 5 days rental was provided and the other 5 days i had to rent it out my self
