Lee was absolutely the best! From the time we brought the car in for an estimate to the time we picked it up - he gave us above and beyond great customer service. He knew that the vehicle was my baby and he treated it like it was his own. I can't say enough good things about him and Heppner's. They kept us informed on what was going on and what we could expect and they delivered it with no glitches.

My interaction with Heppner’s varied from very friendly to when I went to pick it up not a pleasant experience. I spoke with the manager when my car was finally ready and he did apologize for the behavior of the other employee but after I had to express my disappointment to explain the experience I had encountered.

Heppners responded immediately when I contacted them after my vehicle was in a collision. Lee provided me with his contact information and coordinated with AAA Auto Club and towing service including assessing the damage to my Honda CR-V, and then with Coparts after my vehicle was totaled. I appreciated how he assisted me and explained what was needed. Excellent service!
