Horrible communications and terrible client services. For examples: said will call to give me an update but never did. Je tolde je called and left a voilcemail. No call history or voicemail. I asled him to check tje back seat if I had left an item in the back seat. He said he checked and there was nothing there. When i got the car back the item was in the seat as I had described it. Overall, it took two weeks to fix a minor dent. If my car sat for a week why take my car in and have it sit in the shop. Overall, never coming back.

My car was in the shop for longer than I expected. Having the repairs done right than fast is much more important.

I would absolutely recommend Heppner’s to anyone in need of auto body work. I got two other estimates that were ridiculous, on top of rude customer service, but Heppner’s was reasonable AND kind! As a single woman, you never know what sort of experience you’ll have but they were nothing but respectful and communicative, answering every question without any judgement. On top of it all, I brought my car in the middle of winter — salty and dirty — along with the actual damage. They made her look SPOTLESS & brand new. 1000/10 stars.

I usually don't respond to surveys. It's just my rule but recent dissatisfactions with service providers has prompted me to respond to this one because Heppner's is the outstanding exception. Everyone from the receptionist to the installer who made the repair on my truck was incredibly helpful and friendly and PROMPT.

We were referred to Heppner through our insurance provider and are happy with their work. Their communication throughout the process was thoughtful and unprompted. The vehicle looks great and we appreciate the work they did!

Was told day after day via text that I would get my car on 12/26. I made an appointment at Subaru for service on 12/29 because of that. On 12/26 I was told via text I would get my car on 12/31. Texts stopped coming. I was told at 11 am 12/31 they would call later. Never called. I just showed up at 2:30 PM. Car sitting in the wash bay. No explanation. No apology. This is not the ONLY negative review I will leave. Any time someone asks about repairs I will tell them how terrible your shop is. I will refer everyone to Raymond or Schoonover. I would have gone to either of those but thought I’d play nice with my State Farm approved shops. NEVER AGAIN!

I dropped my car on 12/18/25. I received texts each day saying that we were on track for a 12/26/25 delivery. I therefore made an appointment at Subaru to have a remote starter installed on 12/29. My daughter would need the car to drive to Rochester, MN on 12/31 to begin a nursing program at Mayo at 7 AM on January 1. Suddenly on 12/26 I received a text saying that the car would be done on 12/31. I called. I went to the shop. I told them that with all the things in play, that was an unacceptable outcome. I was told, “It’s out of my hands.” I was also told that painting was complete as of 12/26. Somehow, assembly and “calibration” lasted 5 more days. All texts stopped as of 12/26. So there was no idea where we stood each day. I had to call. Each day I was told, maybe we can get it done today. Finally, on the morning of 12/31 I was told that it just needed to be detailed, and they would “give me a jingle.” By 2 PM, I still had not received said jingle. So I went to the shop. The car was sitting in the wash bay. A representative walked us over to look at it and we then paid and left. My daughter had to hurriedly pack the car and drive to Rochester for the month. No remote starter was able to be installed. The only reason I chose Heppner Auto Body was that State Farm would sign off on your estimate immediately. They would not do so at Raymond or at Schoonover. So to make things SPEEDY, EXPEDITED, QUICK, I chose the close by State Farm approved shop. Never again will I play along. From now on I will always return to the businesses who take care of my needs as a customer. Whenever someone talks about needing auto body repair, I will tell them this story and then I will tell them how I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Raymond and Schoonover. I’ve already typed this story out on the evening of 12/31/25, but you keep sending texts and emails requesting this same information AGAIN, which, I suppose, shouldn’t surprise me. So here’s the story one more time. Your work looks fine. Your work with me and my needs was horrible. I had to continually assure my daughter that she would have a car to drive at the very last minute, even though I was not at all sure she would. I was making contingency plans of driving her down there myself as I had zero faith in your company that we would have a vehicle in time. So thanks for nothing. Jim Holm
