Estimate was for a two day repair, it took five. Only one status update throughout the week. Was left wondering about where the car was in the repair process and when it would be done. On the positive side, the repair looks well done.

It was done well, at the bid cost and I was delighted to find the work was completed early. Service was personalized and the gentleman at the desk recognized me and didn't even have to ask my name when I returned to pick up the car. I will definitely recommend Heppners to others.
