Back as good as new! There were two aspects of repair, both look like new again

Some of my parts were on back order, and Janet did what she said she would related to follow up and communication. I appreciated that. My repair was in two parts - half through insurance, the other covered self-pay. The documentation was thorough and clear. I also picked up late in the day on a Friday - she had my case handed off to Mike who was prepared for my arrival.

The quality of the repair to my truck was exceptional! We brought our 2003 truck in for work after it was hit in a parking lot. The damage wasn’t terrible but enough to warrant a repair. The paint match was spot-on. Polished it up and it looked like the day we got it.
