Auto accidents are very stressful. After you address the accident, the next step is managing the repair. After speaking to Jacob, he put my mind at ease that Heritage understands the customer’s expectations and he went out of his way to meet my expectations. By using only Genuine Toyota parts, I knew the repair would be as close to when I purchased our new 2021 Highlander Hybrid. As an engineer, my customers expect attention to detail. After speaking to Jacob about how he was going to execute the vehicle repair, I knew we both agree that attention to detail will result in a quality end product. After picking up the repaired vehicle today, I am very happy with the final product. I am glade I did not go with State Farm’s recommended repair shops. I now understand why Heritage remains an independent body shop. They want to deliver a quality repair they can warrant for life. Great Job Jacob!!! Best body shop I have every worked with. If you are looking for an top quality repair, I would recommend Heritage Body and Frame. Do not let your insurance company try to steer you away from Heritage just because they are not a preferred shop. Heritage only uses genuine Toyota parts, top tier paint, etc. As an independent body shop, they have the option to use a quality repair that insurance recommended body shops may be forced to use third party parts. .

Great experience overall! My car looks great, but that’s a minimum expectation for a body shop, right? The intake process was easy. The updating that they have is phenomenal…you know exactly what the status is. Then, at pickup, they cleaned the entire car, inside and out! Fantastic job!!!
