The team at the Bell Blvd location did an amazing job. I showed up with damage to my paint. Jacob walked me through options and asked if I could bring my truck in for 15 minutes so his technicians could see what they could do with the damage in order to give me an accurate quote and set my expectations for the outcome. I really appreciate the he did not jump strait to “needs a paint job”. Definitely an honest person to work with. I only needed a two step paint correction and I elected to do the entire truck. Price was very reasonable. The technicians did a job that has blown my mind. My paint looks better than new. Mirror finish. Pulled out a dent from hail damage they found on the roof. Every inch of the truck was detailed inside and out. I hadn’t washed my truck in a while due to the paint damage. Feeling like I just drove it off the show room floor again now. These folks are great and a highly recommend doing business with them. I have other vehicles I’ll bring to them with confidence the job is done right and the price is fair. Thanks Heritage team!

We had a great experience with the service and the outcome of the car repair. The communication was topnotch and the detailing of the car was a very nice surprise. Cecil was upfront about the expectations and fulfilled them. My only regret was me asking for a possible cost to have scratches that were previously incurred on the trunk of the car, to be repaired. After not wanting to be out of pocket for an extensive repair where he said the trunk panel would need to be removed, he agreed that the area could be touched up with paint and he offered to do that free of charge. When I picked up the car however, that had not been done so that was disappointing. That did not affect my opinion of the job for repair though, and I appreciate the work and commitment to the job.
