We’re very happy with the body work. You really over delivered by cleaning the inside of the car. It was filthy & we didn’t expect that. Thank you. The payment process was a struggle. I was not aware that cash or credit were my only options. A personal check, though a returning customer, was not accepted. Then the POS was declining 3 different cards that had the needed amount in the bank. We had to leave so my wife could pick up kids, I got in touch with the bank, took a Lyft back to the shop & the cars was accepted. I don’t think I was made aware that cash or card were the only options. It’s possible I missed that notification. It cost me time on a day when I needed it; also an extra day with the rental because we needed a family vehicle for the rest of the day
