The bod work was fine, but they caused my key fobs to stop working. They also lied to the insurance company saying that the fobs didn't work when they received the vehicle. When speaking to me they said it was a pre-existing condition and hung up on me. I brought the car to the dealership and had them fix my car. There were no parts replaced. The people at Heritage had unplugged locking sytem. I realize this was a mistake, but they should have taken responsibility for it and helped me.
