With today?s technology, it should not have taken as long to repair the car. Apparently QA fell asleep since the car was/is not completely fixed. Courtesy rides go a long way toward superior customer service.

My car was not finished on schedule. It had to be returned for more repairs minutes after it was picked up. The passenger side seat doesn't adjust properly therefore it will need to be dropped off again. Lastly, no courtesy pick-up or drop-off resulted in leaving my second car at the shop until we both could schedule a time to pick it up.

Although we asked multiple times for regular updates on the status of repairs, we never received them. Also when my wife picked up the car one of your employees had spilled a milk shake in it and wife had to clean it up. Not professional at all!
