I was called to pick up my car after it being with you for two + months and costing over $14k only to find scratches that were to be repaired still visible, vast amount of clear coat looking like orange rind in serious need of polishing, several spots of black gunk on the new surface and not able to be satisfactorily removed by hand on the spot + a white substance of unknown origin that was dripped on the black interior door that I do not know if it will or will not come off…gentle wiping did nothing. I was also informed on-site after being told my car was done that two items are on back order and they didn’t want to hold me up any longer and I can bring it back for those simple repairs (along with all of these other items being addressed at the same time) when the pieces come in. That first part I am fine with. My car being otherwise returned to me in disrepair is 100% unacceptable and unprofessional and I look forward to bringing it back so you can finish the job you are being paid for.
