Service and communication was great. The body work completed was awesome. The only thing is since getting my car back it makes a weird sound anytime I go over 45mph. It as if air is getting into the car but all the windows and sunroof are sealed.

Not only did they do a very extraordinary and professional job of the installation work that I needed, but my car was in tiptop shape with an interior and exterior cleaning. The cleaning persons name was Marcos and the person that I spoke with for the work that needed to be done is Jacob. Amazing work and I have been a client since the Heritage Body Shop was located on North Lamar near I 35. I’m guessing about 30 years. I have never been disappointed and I keep going back even though there are other options for me and my cars.

This is the 3rd time I have used this location for body work and it’s verbally was very pleased. This most recent job was small, but it was still disappointing that it seemed to get pushed aside. Everyone there is very friendly, however.
