the work is fine . the inconvenience of having to come back for a mirror was irritating when there was nothing wrong with the mirror it just needed recalibrated . lost money on a rental 320 dollars body shop blames geico . geico blames body shop . end result customer got screwed on the rental . job took way to long . for what it was . was a body man fans painter for 20 years . this is not my first rodeo . i caught loose bolts on fender flares at delivery . also dent in qtr got missed that i found but pdr guy fixed while i was there . . the job looks nice but the ball was dropped a few times . i have to go get the mirror calibrated myself because i’m moving to arizona for new job so it’s still not over and parts have to be mailed to me that i gotta put on and my truck was there 30 plus days .

Probably the best experience I have had getting my car repaired! They were very communicative with the time frame of when my car would be done and if that time changed. Also washed and detailed my car, which was AMAZING!!

Although there were delays and the car was. Ot cleaned up inside, Also, there was mud/dirt inside the car when I picked it up, as well as a parts box that was left in my backseat I was satisfied with the work completed.

Heritage did a great job managing the insurance side of things and keeping me informed about what was happening on that end. But my car sustained hail damage while it was in the shop (thankfully it was fixed, but I was not informed about it until I asked why my car would be ready 5 days later than originally promised) and then the back wiper wasn’t working when I got it back. The pick up of the car felt very rushed at end of day on a Friday, and the agent who gave me the keys didn’t really know where the hail damage had been, nor could he give me details about what work had been completed. It left me feeling very unsettled. I’m not completely sure about the extent of the hail damage or where it occurred on the car.
