Located in North Austin , Certified and authorized for Tesla, Jeep, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti, and FCA. We provide auto body collision repair and refinishing. We work with almost all insurance companies, and in many cases, we work directly with them. We use PPG Envirobase water-based automotive paint at our collision centers. Mechanical auto body shop repair service including suspension damage, airbag replacement, computerized wheel alignments, and advanced automotive computer system reprogramming. Diagnostic service including airbag, check engine lights, ABS and traction control systems. We work on all EV Vehicles. We are close to the intersection of McNeil and 183 on Pond Springs, across from Maserati and Audi North Austin on Pond Springs. We are directly next to Dakota Springs apartments in North Austin.

Easiest repair that I have ever experienced. Jacob was excellent and kept me informed all the way. Work was perfect and they cleaned my truck before I picked it up. Jacob went to bat for me since I wanted OEM parts on my King Ranch Pick-up. Heritage Body and Frame will be my only body shop from now on.

The work was done well and efficiently. The ability to have the rental car delivered and picked up and for Heritage to call them to make the exchange was wonderful. I currently am undergoing chemo treatments for cancer and was treated extremely courteously and thoughtfully.

Jacob was excellent and very patient. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would say that you billing statement is woefully inadequacy. I have a MBA with accounting and many years as a purchasing agent and I could not understand Bill. It did not show what was paid, what was covered, or what I needed to pay unless your system was explained. It should not be “your” system but easy to read by your customer. It kind of ruined the experience for me.
