Located in North Austin , Certified and authorized for Tesla, Jeep, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti, and FCA. We provide auto body collision repair and refinishing. We work with almost all insurance companies, and in many cases, we work directly with them. We use PPG Envirobase water-based automotive paint at our collision centers. Mechanical auto body shop repair service including suspension damage, airbag replacement, computerized wheel alignments, and advanced automotive computer system reprogramming. Diagnostic service including airbag, check engine lights, ABS and traction control systems. We work on all EV Vehicles. We are close to the intersection of McNeil and 183 on Pond Springs, across from Maserati and Audi North Austin on Pond Springs. We are directly next to Dakota Springs apartments in North Austin.

The quarter panel right about the bumper had to be shaved down for the bumper to fit and I am afraid that the paint will peel in that area.

The customer service was awesome but i was not pleased with the work. i noticed that it seemed as if the quarter panel had been shaved off to make the bumper fit securely. It is quiet a noticeable gap.

I wanted to recognize the fantastic service we have received from Adrian Noriega from the very first interaction we had with him in November for the repair for our Tesla. He is meticulous in his work, very organized and punctual in his communication, and most importantly courteous to customer's need. We had considered 2 other Tesla authorised repair shops (Covert and Berli), but we picked Heritage solely because of Adrian's professional attitude and customer experience. We had 2 Tesla repairs in the past 4 months adding upto over $10K. Adrian took great care in ensuring that repairs were done properly and tested by Tesla Service center. He regularly communicated with me and my son regarding the status of part orders, our choices for repairs, as well as ensuring that the work was done to our satisfaction. In my experience over 30 years of car repairs, our experience of working with Adrian is by far the best. For that, we want to thank him with this recognition. This is absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several. They were very attentive kept me informed and did a fantastic job reconstructing my truck after a very bad wreck. It looks better than it did new and I would suggest highly anyone using the spotty shop
