I've been going there for a long time and I was also so happy, just one of the things that made me very happy was they were going to let me have a loaner car while this process went on which actually extended quite a bit longer unbeknownst to them or I cuz it's like opening up a Pandora's Box and The loaner was a very nice car and all the staff give that great family. I'd like to say here I was not very happy with Gerber who weren't going to give me courtesy loaner which actually they were kind of nasty when I asked them ( almost like they were saying 'how dare you ask such a thing' and when I said something (mind you, I was just inquiring' , about just doing 2 , she had pretty much an attitude and that's when I went to Herrick because like I said I've gone there before and I was happy to find out they were in Liberty Mutual Network which I did not know in the beginning
