I was very impressed with all the effort that were made by the team at Herrick. Unfortunately, there were large delays with parts being received that necessary for the repair on my Jeep. The team at Herrick consistently kept me updated on the issues and everything they were doing to resolve the issue. This is good customer service and was very appreciated
