Herrick did an amazing job. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even completely detail the car before I picked it up. Then the owner met me on a Saturday to deliver the car, even though they were closed. Great service, would highly recommend them

Herrick Auto Rebuilders, Thank you for following up regarding the recent work on my truck. I appreciate the reminders, as well as the opportunity to share my thoughts. I apologize it took me this long to respond. Overall, I’m very pleased with the work and especially impressed with the way your team connects with customers. The friendliness, care, and professionalism I experienced made the process a positive one from start to finish. In the spirit of providing helpful feedback, and at the risk of sounding a bit detail-focused, I did notice two very small items. First, on the tailgate there are two tiny raised dots under the paint, almost as if a couple of “nats” had landed there mid-process and became part of the finish. These are barely noticeable unless examined very closely (about 12 inches away) and felt by touch, and I doubt they’ll have any impact on the durability of the paint. If it would be helpful, I can forward a close-up photo. Second, there was a faint rubber-like mark on the rear passenger-side door extending toward the rounded corner of the cab near the truck bed. I was able to remove it with wax and a soft cloth, though it did take a bit of effort. All in all, I’m happy with the quality of the repair and especially grateful for the character, friendliness, and attentiveness of your staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your shop to others.
