The staff (Rosie) and the technicians (supervised by Ramiro) at Herson’s Collision Center were professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the process of getting my vehicle repaired to the highest possible standard when it suffered major damage after a tree fell on it. I am thrilled with how my Odyssey looks and functions now: it is as good as new!

They used to be the best shop in country but now the worst and left my car with unpainted work and bumber rubber piece between areas hanging off. They said I could leave car there for days built no rental and I live hours away to begin with.. I understand money is tight but to leave my car in this condition and tell me to bad is shameful especially for a shop two years ago was the best in every area. They used to to do the best detailing to but even that was shitty.

Yasar went above and beyond! He explained the needed work in clear understandable terms. He was very proactive and efficient in how the bumper was ordered and painted ahead of the appointment to install. I was very pleasantly surprised that the appointment time was about 45 minutes. Great job! Would definitely recommend Herson’s Collision.

Yasar, the service advisor, deserves a 10+. He explained the work to be done very well. It gave me full confidence. Yasar also saved me a lot of time by prepping the bumper before my appointment. Appreciated his being so proactive. I was pleasantly surprised that I only waited about 45 minutes. I was happy with the final results. Kudos also to the front desk/receptionist.
