Repairs took almost 6 weeks to complete with reschedules occurring the same day of estimated completion 3 times. Repairs seem ok but too soon to tell.

Can’t believe the cost of repairs were near $10,000.00 CHARGED to the Insurance Company when the original estimate was a little over $3,000.00. Also, collision was low grade in a parking garage and not involving an another individual(s). Repair work took almost 5 weeks with several changing estimated completion dates by Hersons.

The staff (Rosie) and the technicians (supervised by Ramiro) at Herson’s Collision Center were professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the process of getting my vehicle repaired to the highest possible standard when it suffered major damage after a tree fell on it.
