Great work done in a timely manner! One thing that could be improved, someone other than the original estimator should be able to find out about a given vehicle when a customer might call in! I had that experience, thankfully the Mgr found out for me in timely manner!

The only caveat I have is that I don’t know enough about these things to be able to tell anybody with any confidence what such repairs cost the (median or the mean).

To the best of my understanding, the repair went very well. Of course, I know next to nothing about cars, but I brought it to your collision center because that vehicle is a lease from Herson’s Kia. The people that I met and interacted with at the center or extremely thoughtful and kind. That means a lot itself.
