The repair was done very poorly. There is an obvious chip, and the paint job has white streaks in it. The work is unacceptable. The exterior and interior of my car are filthy. There is white dust all over my black interior. There are white marks on my upholstery that arenât coming off. This is a brand new vehicle. I was told the manager would contact me on 12/26/2017, however I have heard nothing from Hersons. I am not remotely satisfied with the way my car was treated.

The pick up process took significantly longer than I had been told it would take. I was told it would take about 5 minutes. Apparently paperwork was not completely ready when I arrived and my tires were also not fully inflated due to the cold weather. It ended up taking about 25 minutes and if I had known that I would have come at a different time of day, not when I was rushing to get to work.
