My car was given back to me really dirty. The exterior had a lot of glue-like residue, and the interior seats had dust, and the mats had footprints. Based on my experience at other locations, the cars are washed and cleaned when done. Additionally, some minor imperfections with the pin stripes. I guess this is what happens when your car is done a day early. I cannot waste another day to leave it overnight since this is my commute car.

The collision repair was done beautifully. The only compliant I had was with the detailing that I paid for out of pocket. The wax was not rubbed in well as there were steaks on the finish and the under armor that was sprayed on the tires splattered on the bottom finish of the car. Obviously no one really looked over the car when it was completed because it was the first thing I noticed. I would have gone back into the shop, but I had to catch a flight out of town.
