The one complaint I have is that I was not contacted like I was told I would be on the progress of my car once I took it back the second time. I then called myself only to be told I would be contacted shortly. I wasn't so called a back again and then was on hold for 15 min and no one ever picked up. The store closed shortly after and never heard anything till the morning

It took 10 days longer than promised. There were 2 things wrong with it after it was delivered. We still have to make an appointment for the alignment which was never fixed. The people i dealt with were so nice and professional, but thats the only possitive aspect of my experience.

The time to repair was much more than the estimated. It was told that bring in monday and i should get it by friday (5 days), but it was delivered in 12 days
