The work was completed well and the car looks very good. However, it took almost a full week before work was even started and it ended up taking almost two weeks to repairs a relatively small indentation in the driver's side rear panel.

The repair work was excellent. The amount of time to get the replacement part was lengthy. Overall, I was satisfied though communication could have been better. I appreciate though moving the car to the dealership so I could pick it up on a Saturday.

We picked up the car with an aftermarket bumper that didn’t fit. We were informed to call Geico and the adjuster would determine if we could the original factory number’s. Fortunately the adjuster agreed. We are currently awaiting the factory bumper.

They called the wrong enterprise rental car site to pick me up when I dropped off my car for repair. I had to spend an extra hour at the enterprise site waiting for them to switch my reservation around.
