You did not do the overall diagnosis of the car. You should replace both of the front lights not one. You should replace the right rear view mirror. Inside my car the handle of the globes compartment is broken. It should be fixed.

Excellent and fast repairs! Thank you! Good updates on progress. After repairs, the stickers that were attached on the windshield were a bit hard to remove. An explanation of the repair process and to show me what was done or a walk-around of the car after the repairs would have been appreciated. Otherwise good service.

The repairs were great! Thank you. I wish someone would have explained to me exactly what was done when I went to collect my car and asked me if there were any questions or concerns. That never happened.

I wish there was a bit more explanation on what needed to be done before and after the work was completed to the customer. Even the car rental process and insurance process could have been explained. At times I was not sure what to do as the customer as nothing was explained. I did appreciate the initial call I made to reserve an appointment. A little bit more customer support would be appreciated.

First of all everyone there was very nice and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The technician explained every detail from beginning to finish. I was kept abreast of everything and my vehicle was completed as promised. The customer service here was awesome. I would highly recommend Herson’s Collision Center to anyone. I am planning on bringing my Toyota Corolla in so I can get it detailed. Thank you so much for such spectacular service!!!!!
