First of all everyone there was very nice and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The technician explained every detail from beginning to finish. I was kept abreast of everything and my vehicle was completed as promised. The customer service here was awesome. I would highly recommend Herson’s Collision Center to anyone. I am planning on bringing my Toyota Corolla in so I can get it detailed. Thank you so much for such spectacular service!!!!!

Everything was great with communicating with me after drop off. The only issue was that I made an appointment for 9 am and moved my work schedule around to make that time work. When we got there just before 9 am we were told everyone was in a meeting and we had to wait another 30 minutes. If this was a planned meeting I could have been contacted to pick another time. If this was an unplanned meeting they should have been aware someone was coming in at 9 and maybe someone could have been available. It just looked like poor customer service.

I had the door edge guards replaced on my 2022 Honda Pilot on 6/2/26, and the work was completed within one hour. So, my wait time was not long at all! Many thanks to Ramiro Gonsales in customer service for his knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism, and Ronal Cantoral in repairs for a job very well done. Thanks also to the young lady at the intake desk. Keep up the good work!
