I had picked out a part I wanted and I wasn't Informed they didn't have it in stock at the vendor but had I known I would have opted for something different. Other than that they were great, took their time did a good job

My complains are about communication which are easy to adjust. The quality of shop is great though.

The work done was great. The upfront customer service was good as well. But my only complain is the lack of communication to ETAs and misquoting completions. Follow through on communication was email, text, or call would have been great prior to supposed pick up day or time.

Careful, quick repairs. They not only dealt with the crumple caused by a large falling branch and covered by insurance, but also were willing to separately handle some accumulated minor scrapes that we paid for at a very fair price made possible because of the efficiency of doing both jobs together.
