Parts where charged but not put on the car. Over a week later and still waiting to get the part in. Specifically asked for no after market part and after market part was ordered. New door is rough on the inside seam looks like and might need to be sanded? Front door inside by window control, plastic is rough and it wasn’t like that before. Also paint on seam is rough.

Seemed efficient but I asked them to call me if geico didn’t approve genuine parts and they didn’t so I had to go back after when the part was charged to insurance but not replaced on my car.

The repair looked great when I picked it up. But the paint is starting to peel off from the rear hatch door edge already, 1 week later. I’ll be happy to send you pictures. It’s small but only 1 week later and I’m worries it will grow bigger
