A few things. Updates weren’t provided on repair status despite being subscribed to sms updates on my phone. In turn my sister ended up calling the establishment to get updates on my vehicle while I was busy with other work. When the car was picked up I found the Corolla and LE badging was missing. Called the shop and they said they will replace it ASAP, with my free schedule on Friday. There is also a small 3/4 inch diameter chip on the right side of the bumper, like a scrape on the clear coat, probably someone brushed a tool up against the bumper after it was finished. Some parts felt a tad loose such as the tail light not being completely flush with the right rear quarter panel, and I could have sworn I remembered it had a rubber grommet meant to go underneath it. Though I might be confusing it for the doors, and it’s kinda firm enough.. Any other faults are likely a manufacturing defect not resulting from service/replacement at High Quality, such as painted-over weld slag & some rough edges.

They did an amazing job on my vehicle. Kept me informed the entire process and even got it back to me earlier than promised. Bonus points for the wash and vacuum. I would definitely use them again!

The team at this shop is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. the car was a little longer in the shop than I would’ve liked, but the service was so outstanding it was not a huge deal to me.
