I will be taking my vehicle back to have it redone. It has areas that clearly not painted or not put back in place. Glue is showing on the edges of the vehicle. Very disappointed on the workmanship. I had to wait 3 weeks to get my. Vehicle back to end having to take it back again.

Took what was promised to be a 1 day fix, took 2 weeks and then upon arrival to pick the car up, it still wasn’t ready and had to wait 1 1/2 hours before it was actually fixed. Advise to you is if it’s going to take 2 weeks then say that. It’s honest. And honesty is the best policy. You also give the customer choices.

We were lied to about the rental from someone at your shop. You stated that you talked to the adjuster about extending our rental and you completely lied. We were charged over 2000 dollars for the rental because of your one lie. If you would have been honest we wouldn’t have had an issue. On top of that it was excuse after excuse when it came to repairing the vehicle. You never answered the phone when we called and when you did you gave us the runaround. This was a horrible 4 month experience.

My experience overall was absolutely terrible. I was told my car would be ready to pick up a certain day, on that day I called to confirm my cars pickup, no one answered so I left a voicemail. I called a Total of 10 times and someone finally answered to tell me my car would be ready the next day instead. The next day arrived and I checked to see if my car was ready, I was told the part came in and that they would call me back in a couple of minutes to confirm pickup. No one called me back that day so my car was finally ready the next day.
