I was told a week. It was 16 days. Wish it had been better communicated that it may be longer than a week. I would have to call and get updates. The auto update emails would come and tell me on target for on time finish but never that it was delay. The repair and paint job were fantastic. The girls in office were very nice. My only real complaint is I just have to return to service to have my door looked at because the functionality is different and I can't open drivers door with the handle. So it's more time spent going there

Hilltop did great! Keep me informed the whole way.. (parts coming in later, pushed forward time on when my vehicle would be ready) I wouldn’t even be able to tell my car was repaired to begin with. Paint was exactly the same!! Thank you Hilltop… appreciate the hard work. Back bumper + door replaced took about 2 1/2 weeks WITH delays :)
