They did a great job on the original repair to the rear of the car but my car was damaged while in the shops possession and they won't own up to it.

I am sorry but I did not feel treated very well. The communication I received through text was inaccurate and I felt that I had to constantly contact people to find out what actually was happening with progress with my van. I felt my questions were a nuisance. Also, the light cover that was replaced on my front driver side head light is very old, used and does not match my other light. I received a text that my van would be ready on Friday 9/25/25. I called to talk about payment methods and was told my van would not be ready until the following Tuesday. No one bothered to call me or text me to let me know that. Luckily, I hadn't driven to your shop. It was very disappointing. The customer service wad very poor.I am not happy with how the headlight looks at all. It is very noticeably ugly, and I don't think anyone cares about that or cares that I care.There is also still a very strong smell of glue or some type of poxy in my van.I feel I should have chosen a different repair shop.
