Communication was absolutely terrible. Updates were not provided when promised. At one point, the person answering the phone couldn't even find a record of the car being there; AAA had to be called to get them to locate it. As a lease car, the Hines Park Ford Collision shop will probably continue to get this vehicle for service, but based on this experience I would recommend others to avoid this facility. The reason it was not rated a "1" was because when the vehicle was finally delivered, no sign of any damage from the collision was apparent.
