Was pleased how everything went smoothly and thanks to David Mengel for keeping us updated and returning any of our calls. All went well. That dang ground hog sure did a number on the car. So far car running great, glad to have it back.

My only comments would be to provide more useful correspondence with regards to the damage and repair process timeline. An automated email saying we have your vehicle and the job is 52% complete just doesn't cut it for me. When asked I was provided with the specific information I was looking for on the repair and timing. However, it seems that this level of information should be communicated to all regardless of the needs of an individual customer.
