Overall really good but I was hoping the windshield could have been replaced. The crack in the windshield occurred as as result of the accident or right there after.

I appreciated the emails keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. MY car looks brand new again. The body repair was second to none. THE repair of all the other parts were replaced with oem, for the most osrt, which is great. A nice job there as we, thank you

Your email system indicated my vehicle was done a day earlier than it was. Was prepared to pick up vehicle, when called to ask to be picked up, was told was not ready that it was a AAA mistake. How can it be AAA when the email comes from Hines Park. This created an issue for the following day travels. The repair itself looked good, no issues and car was returned cleaned. Very satisfied with the repair itself.
