The team worked to keep me informed on the steps, and made the work very transparent. I appreciated their work to keeping me informed and knowledgeable about the situation, even when some insurance confusion occurred. Lastly, they worked to speed up the timeline of the project so we could be back on the road. Overall: great experience given the circumstances.

The service was great! The staff was easy to work with. Tia kept me informed of the status of my repair every step of the way. When I received my car back there was a little over-spray on the car. Tia herself cleaned it off and made sure I was happy. I greatly appreciate the service and attention to detail

The overall costs from the initial estimate was exorbitant and a small area was missed after I picked up.the car. I had to return it to be fixed correctly. Poor QA
