Communication throughout the process was very good. Tia kept me informed of the process throughout, however when it became known that my car was going to be finished about a week and a half later than expected, I asked if Hoffman could do the PA state inspection/emissions and an oil change for my vehicle. The Inspection/emissions was completed, however when I went to pick up my vehicle, I found out that the oil change that I had requested did not get done. The time that I was hoping to save by not needs to take my car out again for inspection and oil change was all for not because a simple request was not completed.

There was a bad chemical smell I had to have the windows down and the heater blasting to clear the smell in the hood area Smell is gone now 👍🏼
