Job wasn't finished Said 3 days, took over week and half Called said was done, then when I got there, I was told not sure if door was done, I said you don't double check before you call someone, and I told 2 different people what needed done, then when I went to leave I noticed scratches on driver side that wasn't there before Had them buff before I left, was told they'd finish next service, I was like no, do it now, I don't want to drive it like that till then Was happy that was taken care of, right away Finish door next service and take paint off door handle that the tech left on

You can't see where the repairs were made - it looks like new! The car was finished when they said it would be! Another great job Hoffman's!

Yes the body work was perfect, can't tell the truck was in an accident. However my battery wasn't installed properly, the terminal was just laying on the battery. And the loose connection left me stranded shortly after picking up the truck because it wouldn't start. Simple fix to tighten the bolt on the terminal. Other than that very satisfied with the quality of work performed.

The car looks better than new, it was returned quickly, clean, polished and I had a tire replacement as well. I felt like I was driving a new car. The body work and paint are outstanding. THANK YOU for a great experience folowing a somewhat scary accident!

Overall the bumper repair turned out great, however, the grill is still out of alignment and needs a slight adjustment. That is the ONLY reason I put down that I am not completely satisfied. Time permitting (I am currently working 13-14 hours per night 7 days a week) I would like to bring it back for the slight adjustment if you guys have the availability. Please don't take this as negative feedback, it is just one item I would like to get addressed. Thanks! -Josh
