I would love to give you a five star rating because customer service was wonderful. The problem I had was that I wasn't as happy with the repair. I feel that if there was a final inspection done. they would have found the uneven door and the window that did not open or close properly. I agreed to a used door but I'm not sure that it was checked before or after installation. I now need to return the car to have both repairs done. It is very inconvenient since I had a rental that I already returned. Everyone is entitled to a mistake and I hope this helps with future repairs. Thanks so much
