They were amazing. I had a complicated repair that went through another shop first then landed in their lap. They explained the entire process, the insurance company issues, the repair issues, and completed the repair in the most efficient manner possible. Because the repair concerned the driver assist electronics and sensors, they had to test drive it and they caught an issue they resolved without my involvement. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop in all my 40 years of dealing with repair shops. Excellence!

Our experience was nearly as good as the last, except for pick up. My son, who is young want happy with something with the hood and something else, it was fixed quick, but it still wasn’t as it should be. He didn’t want to say anything and just said to me it’s not gonna be perfect like it was, and that’s not so. The same car was just in an accident a few months back, hit and run and y’all fixed it, everything was perfect at pick up. So yes, I was a bit disappointed this time.
