Our experience was nearly as good as the last, except for pick up. My son, who is young want happy with something with the hood and something else, it was fixed quick, but it still wasn’t as it should be. He didn’t want to say anything and just said to me it’s not gonna be perfect like it was, and that’s not so. The same car was just in an accident a few months back, hit and run and y’all fixed it, everything was perfect at pick up. So yes, I was a bit disappointed this time.

I liked clear communication an updates on progress of repairs and got car back in clean shape.. friendly staff. This was a stressful event for me being a senior living alone and somewhat disabled and no rental car so I appreciate the process went pretty smooth and was finished earlier than estimated. Thank you

Attempted to return my car unfinished and with a new dent that wasn’t there before. Still in the shop, no update on completion date, they haven’t updated the insurance company. Really not a great experience so far.
