First, we're completely thrilled wjth the exemplary work done on our car. You did not rush the work. Second, you kept us informed as to the progress of the work being done. Third, you took our car in on a Friday BEFORE a major holiday, when 4 other shops refused to take our vehicle in for repair. From the beginning, the ladies who worked in the front office were very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I was given a thorough explanation by the owner of what would be done to my car and the length of time it would take to complete the repairs. We went outside so he could point out the things on my car that needed to be fixed. He gave clear explanations and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the updates that were texted during the time my car was being fixed. This company is run very efficiently and professionally. My experience with this business was a very pleasant one!

The repairs and paint came out spot on. My only complaint is my battery completely dying 4 days after I picked it up. The battery was an issue during the process but they were nice about trying to fix it. I'm assuming it was charged when I got it back. It was dead for a couple weeks. But eventually depleted 4 days later. I had to replace it. Love the repairs. Car looks good. Just not happy about replacing my battery.

Finished 2 days before quoted fay, so that was definitely impressive. Communication was great and everyone seemed pleasant to work with.
