They told me that my car was going to be ready on Friday by 1:30 pm I rent my Jeep’s , so I rented it for Saturday and Sunday . Nobody call me , I started calling at 2 pm nobody answer and you message machine is full I went there in person at 4:00 pm and the. Gates were closed . I lost $200 . The person that works in that I pay to, was Very friendly and personable.

Overall experience was easy, customer service was great. Malele was nice and explained everything to me well. Shuttle experience to rental site was easy. Only issue, I got my car back with my tire pressure light on to find a nail in one of my tires.

Not completely satisfied only because there was a misunderstanding about additional work that supposed to be done. I thought the workmanship itself was excellent and I don’t have any complaints about that. Oh, and I thought it took a little longer than I was told to have the work done. But I did get a new battery and relay thing so that made me happy!

Good customer service. But I brought my car in with 3/4 tank and I got it back empty. I don’t like my car going below half tank and will refill my tank at quarter at the lowest and I got it back empty.
